Fans welcome New Orleans Saints home at the airport
And the Saints go marching on to 12-0! People down here have the fever. Saints fever. Bad. The Saints v. Patriots Monday night game last week was the second most watched cable tv program ever. You can feel the energy in the city as just about everyone is watching the games and Saints merchandise is flying off the shelves. Thousands of people waited hours in the cold to welcome the Saints home from their narrow victory over the Washington Redskins Sunday night. It was like Mardi Gras along the road as players exited after landing. See the gallery here:
