My lifelong love of tea began to brew early. When I turned 5 years old my grandmother started taking me to the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans for afternoon tea. It is still my favorite tea room. This time of year, I am mostly making iced tea like Harney & Sons Coconut Green tea.

There are fresh herbs like spearmint and fruity sage to snip and an assortment of loose teas: mango green rooibos, jade oolong, jasmine green, hibiscus herbal and blood orange blend. Just grab a bag and create your own blend.
